We will send your package to the location of your choice after successfully receiving your payment. We strive to do this within 24 hours. We will send all of our order with track and trace. All our watches are insured through our third party insurer for the value as mentioned on the invoice.

Our shop system works with a real time connection to DHL and ensures always the lowest shipping rate for your country. There are no generalized rates.
Our agreement with DHL allows a very attractive rate for upgrading your shipment to a EXPRESS Service which ensures to receive your order even faster.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.You can remove the product from the package unless the package contains a seal.It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that has been altered or is not in substantially the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. This includes blemishes, mechanical tampering, scratches, dings, or any indication that the watch has been worn by you or resized in any manner.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The costs of returning any goods are payable by the buyer. Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were when we dispatched them. The original purchase invoice and any other enclosed items should also be included.
Please note that the right to return goods applies only to purchases within the EU
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved to get a return, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (as soon as possible and within 30 days after you have selected to use the right of return).
You will receive the payment of your purchase, not including delivery costs for initial shipment.
There are no refunds possible with payments in BITCOIN.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100 euro's, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
